Many young girls today just love unicorns. My daughter is one of them. These beautiful fun creatures tend to leave these young girls hopeful. This unicorn craze has opened many doorways too for young girls craft: from unicorn poop icing to unicorn cupcakes and more.
My daughter tends to watch YouTube videos of various crafts from baking, to art, to hands on diy type things. She recently found a few different unicorn slime videos, and we decided to look into some of them for her upcoming birthday party as gifts to give out to guests. The one that really stood out to us that she truly wants to do is the one we are going to share with you. It is fluffy unicorn slime.
You will need the following items to make this:
Borax (1 tsp)
Warm water (1 c)
White glue (1/2 c)
Shaving cream (2 c)
Eye drops (1 tsp)
Food coloring
Glitter
How do you make it? It’s simple. First, you’ll dissolve the borax in the warm water. Then, in a mixing bowl you’ll take the white glue and shaving cream and mix them together. Next, you’ll add some food coloring to desired color and glitter (optional). Mix it together. Then, add the borax solution 1 tsp at a time until the mixture comes away from the sides of bowl. Then, add the eye drops and knead until it becomes slime.
You want it to be smooth, stretchy, and fluffy. Make sure it’s not sticky. It’s a fun craft for the kids that’ll give them something to play with for a week or two as long as you keep it in an air tight container when not in use. Now your little girl can enjoy unicorn slime too!
