Heat the Bai drink in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, but not boiling. *
Whisk in the sweetener and baobab. Add the gelatin 1 Tbsp at a time whisking between each addition.
Once everything is dissolved, removed from heat and pour the liquid into candy molds or into a 8x8" dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until they are set up! If using the baking dish, cut into little squares of other shape of your choosing.
