Superfood Baobab Gummies

  • 2 cups Bai Antioxidant Infusion Drink (1 bottle; I used blueberry and mango for this)
  • 2 tsp THM Super Sweet (I like it extra sweet!)
  • 2 Tbsp THM Baobab Boost Powder
  • 6 Tbsp THM Just Gelatin


  1. Heat the Bai drink in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, but not boiling. *

  2. Whisk in the sweetener and baobab.  Add the gelatin 1 Tbsp at a time whisking between each addition. 

  3. Once everything is dissolved, removed from heat and pour the liquid into candy molds or into a 8x8" dish. 

  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until they are set up!  If using the baking dish, cut into little squares of other shape of your choosing. 

Recipe Notes

  • * Bai drinks are naturally sweetened and sugar-free! Alternatively, you can use some lemon juice or blended berries mixed with water to equal 2 cups. If you don't use the Bai drinks, you will need to increase the sweetener to taste. 
  • If you are following THM, this is an FP recipe so a perfect treat alongside any meal or snack!
