Wholesome Hot Cocoa (FP)

  • 2 quarts unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Gentle Sweet
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 pinches mineral salt
  • 1 scoop THM Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 tsp THM Caramel Natural Burst
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Pour the unsweetened milk into a medium saucepan and warm over medium heat.

  2. Whisk the Gentle Sweet, cocoa powder, and salt into the milk while it's heating. 

  3. Slowly sprinkle in the chocolate whey powder a little at a time while whisking so it doesn't clump up. 

  4. Remove from heat and add in the coffee, caramel, and vanilla flavoring.  Whisk again and ladle into mugs for serving!
